Yanmar 3GM30 27hp marine diesel engine - serial number E25927. Exhaust system comprises flexible exhaust hose, connected to a stern exhaust outlet via a Vetus muffler box/water lock.
Teleflex engine controls mounted in cockpit on the starboard side.Yanmar engine ignition panel in the cockpit companionway step/forward seat, includes rev counter, push-button start, key ignition and a warning buzzer and light system and engine stop lever next to the engine control.
Conventional 1” stainless steel shaft, sealed by a conventional packing gland with a remote greaser cup fitted in the port side cockpit locker. Stainless-steel shaft connected to the back of the reduction gearbox via a conventional coupling.
Three-bladed 16x9 bronze propeller secured to the stainless-steel shaft by a castellated nut and stainless-steel split pin. The stainless-steel shaft supported by a cutless bearing mounted in a bronze shaft log bolted to the back of the keel moulding.
12V electrical system charges the engine alternator and by a Guest Charge Pro 10 amp 230 V battery charger. Two 110Ah 12V batteries installed in a purpose-built timber box in the starboard side cockpit locker. The 12V system distributed via a fused switch panel over the companionway step and isolated by an adjacent battery selector switch.
230V shore power system with a connection point in the port side cockpit locker. The system is protected with an RCD circuit breaker fuse box mounted in the locker and includes battery charger and a kilowatt hour meter.
Electric 12v bilge pump (fitted 2019).
Rig and Sails
Keel stepped, gold anodised aluminium Sparlight mast and boom. Spinnaker pole.
Standing rig comprises 6 and 7 mm 1x19 stainless steel wire shrouds, with swaged terminals, tensioned by open bodied rigging screws locked by split pins. One main cap shroud per side with one set of spreaders; one forward lower stay per side; one aft lower stay per side; one backstay; one forestay with Harken MK IV 1 furling gear (fitted 2012)
