This Moody 37 Centre Cockpit Cruiser is in good condition and has been updated and maintained by her various Owners. In 2020, it underwent professional Osmosis treatment & has not been launched since. In recent years, it has had new standing rigging, new sails, new headlining, new cutlass bearing & much more. Accommodation is for eight persons in three cabins.
The forward cabin has two single berths in the usual 'v' configuration. This berth can convert with an infill to a large double when required.
Forward head with marine sea toilet, wash hand basin, pressurized hot and cold fresh water.
The saloon will sleep three persons with one single settee berth and one single settee berth to starboard. The starboard berth will convert to a double. There is a single sea berth in the passage way leading to the owners after stateroom.
The owners after stateroom has a large double berth to port with seating to starboard.En-suite facilities, sea toilet, wash hand basin, pressurized hot and cold fresh water.
The fully equipped galley is located at the after end and to port of the saloon. Fitted with two stainless steel sinks, pressurized hot and cold fresh water. Gimballed Gas cooker with two rings and oven ( Grill not working ). Top opening refrigerated cool box.

Construction Built by Marine Projects (Plymouth) Ltd in 1985 to a Bill Dixon design. White grp hull with style stripes. White grp coachroof with light grey moulded non skid decks. Cast iron fin keel. Wheel steering to skeg hung rudder. Self draining centre cockpit. Alloy toe rails. Stainless steel safety rails and guard wires. In 2020 it underwent full Osmosis Hull Treatment by Symblast.
This Moody 37 Centre Cockpit Cruiser is a boat that has so much to offer and has clearly been loved and cared for by her owners. Originally built in 1985, she certainly hides her age being presented in good condition. She has been extensively updated over recent years with significant improvements including new sails, new rigging, new headlining, new windows & very recently, full professional Osmosis Treatment. This Moody 37 has a fantastic, self contained owners cabin aft with its own en-suite, as well as a generous second double cabin fwd. Additionally, there are three further berths in the saloon. She has a good sized galley with fridge, cooker & and plenty of workspace. Her saloon is spacious, light & airy with two sumptuous sofas set around a large folding table enabling all crew members to dine together. She is fitted with a Thorneycroft T90, 29 HP engine that has clearly been well maintained and provides a good level of power for a boat this size. This solid, well built yacht that would be great as a liveaboard or inexpensive Blue Water Cruiser.
