The accommodation offers up to 4/5 berths in 2 cabins with approx. 5'9" maximum headroom. Forepeak with V-berth, infill to form double berth and stowage. Heads compartment to starboard with a Jabsco marine toilet and folding washbasin with hanging locker opposite. Saloon has linear galley area to port with 2-burner gas stove and grill, sink with manually pumped water supply and worktop. Dinette area to starboard converting to small double berth with storage areas and navigation instruments. Quarter berth to port.

Herbert Francis is being offered on a sold 'as is, where is' basis without any warranty of condition or description, hence a low guide price. Any buyer is encouraged to view and permission can be attained for mechanical inspection or survey at their own cost and risk. All bids must be submitted in writing on an official bid form by 2pm on February 28th 2020, these will then be presented to the vendor for consideration.
