The Broom 36 offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 6 in two cabins plus the saloon, with generous headroom down below. FORECABIN: Fitted with twin V berth, mirror, hanging locker to port, beneath berth storage, opening hatch to foredeck and two portlights. GALLEY: U shaped galley to starboard equipped with an ENO three burner gas hob with separate oven and grill beneath, microwave oven, Electrolux front loading fridge, double stainless steel sink, ample storage and opening portlight. HEADS: Separate compartment to port with Jabsco marine toilet, wash basin and shower. SALOON: Featuring a large U-shaped seating area to starboard with storage and dining table, with large storage cupboards to port. Entertainment is provided by a TV and built in stereo system. Access via split curved staircase to the aft deck and owners cabin below, with steps down to galley forward. OWNERS CABIN: Consisting of a large offset island double bed, vanity unit and mirror, ample hanging storage, opening hatch (with screen) to cockpit and opening portlight. Broom 36 built in 1995 by Broom to a design by Andrew Wolstenholme. White GRP hull, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Wheel steering to twin spade rudders. In 2018 the hull beneath the waterline was prepared and copper coated.
