Wooden Ships Comments
Designed by Port Hamble Ltd and built by Berthons of Lymington in 1968.
She was clearly designed as a comfortable cruising boat for northern Europe with a sheltered wheel position, manageable sloop rig and a decent size engine to get you home when the weather turns foul. In present ownership for 28 years she has cruised Ireland and the west coast of Scotland regularly and proven herself as a very practical and comfortable yacht.
She had a complete new rig fitted in 2009 including spars and sails which have only been lightly used since new.
Built to a high standard and diligently maintained having been barn stored over winter months for at least 35 years. She is a fine looking yacht in good order with tons of space below and ready to head off cruising.
