The First 305 is an attractive modern styled cruiser/racer with good sailing performance and excellent accommodation.
The Beneteau "First" range of yachts were introduced in the late 1970s and marketed as performance orientated yachts, although they also have fully fitted "cruising" interiors. The First 305, designed by Jean Berret, was introduced in 1984, and was based on an earlier First 30E hull, which itself was derived from a successful half ton racer
