A tidy example of the ever popular Beneteau First 211 family cruiser / racer. Spacious interior with 4 good sized berths in an open plan layout and great sailing performance make this a fantastic choice for a weekend cruiser, dayboat or club racer. Distinctive yellow hull and white deck. She comes with an 8hp Yamah F8L outboard suitable for coastal use. Cruising sails are original and there is a set of almost unused North Racing sails available by negotiation.
Yellow GRP hull, with a balsa core deck and superstructure. Swing keel with worm drive mechanism operated from the keel box with a winch handle. Twin lifting rudders with tiller steering. Teak toe rail & Teak topped cockpit seats.
Open transom at stern with bathing ladder. Stainless steel bow and stern rails with removable guard wire.
Opening hatch on foredeck for ventilation.
Vessel is fitted with a Yamaha F8L 8hp long shaft engine mounted on an adjustable bracket at the transom. Separate fuel tank with gauge in lockable locker. Single 12V battery is charged via the engine and shore power is fitted so a mains charger can also be used.
Rigging and Sails
Bermudan sloop with deck stepped alloy mast and spars and stainless wire standing rigging. The mast is mounted in a tabernacle for easier raising and lowering. Most running rigging is led aft to the cockpit for ease and safety. There is a set of original cruising sails in "average" condition for age and a set of North Race sales in "mint" condition which are available by negotiation.

Four comfortable berths in an open plan arrangement. Double berth in the forepeak area with a separating curtain. A single berth on port and starboard side. Upholstery in blue and white striped cloth. Single burner gas hob on the port side with manual cold water and plastic sink on starboard side. Sealed storage area under the saloon berths and locker storage in saloon. A table is stowed under the companionway steps. Area for the Portaloo (supplied with boat) under the forepeak cushions.
